Bike Time Trial
A bike race unlike any other in the world! One of the toughest 1/2 mile anywhere.
You will start off a ramp and begin the .5 mile trek up 350
vertical feet. The course includes a bit of a false flat at
the top - so save some energy for a sprint. It's you vs. Jester. The course is
the same as the Running Time Trial. Register now!
BIKE TT RACE START TIME: 7:30AM and 10AM
(In cooperation with the Pace Bend Road Race, you can choose an early start time so that you can race in the Pace Bend Race following the KOJ)
HOW STEEP IS IT?
Well......it's steep - real steep. Steeper than anything in the Tour de France. It hits 21% in one spot. The spilled concrete from the cement trucks on the sides of the road may be a good indication. This is "Austin's Mt. Everest".
